Stephen Covalt was born and raised in Crystal Lake, IL (in the northwest suburbs of Chicago). Sports were a main part of Stephen’s life growing up, as he was a 3-sport athlete in High School. Stephen went on to play football collegiately at Drake University in Iowa and then Ripon College in Wisconsin (where he met his wife). After graduating college with a bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science, he then worked as a personal trainer in Milwaukee for the next 4 years, until 2019 when he decided to pursue real estate full-time. In September of 2019, Stephen married his wife Korrine, and they now have two beautiful children and three crazy golden retrievers. When Stephen is not helping his real estate clients out in the field or spending time with his family, he enjoys traveling and working on his own health and fitness goals, in addition to helping others achieve theirs. Stephen has now resided in Wisconsin for nearly a decade and been a licensed real estate agent for 5 years and counting. He obtained his dual licensing to serve all across Wisconsin and Illinois. Real estate and helping people are Stephen’s true passions, which go hand-in-hand as a Realtor. Stephen covers a broad portion of Southern Wisconsin, as well as Northern Illinois, and is known to go above and beyond for his clients to ensure the best possible experience. In 2023, he was ranked as a top producer at Coldwell Banker based on overall sales and volume.
